The infuser assembly cannot be removed
Posible solución encontrada
The infuser can only be removed when the appliance has been turned off correctly
Possible cause:
The appliance is on or has not completed the turning off cycle.
To turn the appliance off, press the power button: 
The appliance performs a rinse cycle then goes off.
Important!
To avoid damaging the appliance, never place the main switch in the 0 position while the appliance is on.
