Try this solution

Perform a rinse cycle before delivering the coffee

Potential cause:
The infuser has cooled down because 2/3 minutes have elapsed since the last coffee was made.

1.
Press B2 to enter the menu.

2.
Press B10 or B8 until "RINSING" appears on the display.

3.
Press "PLAY" to start rinsing.
