Your PrimaDonna Soul coffee machine may need a software update. Here's how to determine if your machine needs it.

First, locate the serial number on your machine. You can find it on the side of the machine, behind the water tank, as shown in the images below.

Next, check if the numbers in the red box fall within the following ranges:

- Between 220915 and 221020

- Between 230420 and 240201
.

If your serial number falls within these ranges, your coffee machine requires a software update.
