Fully insert the hot water spout
Possible cause:
The hot water spout is not inserted or is inserted incorrectly.
When the hot water spout is inserted correctly, the machine does a "beep" sound. If this does not occur, please get in contact with our Customer Support.
Please Note:
To properly hear the "beep" sound, the "BEEP" function needs to be ON. Follow this Step-by-Step Guide to check if the function is ON.

Access the settings menu
Press the button to enter the menu

Scroll through the menu items
Press until
is displayed.

Enable the "BEEP" function
Press "BEEP" to enable the function
To disable it you can press again "BEEP"
This function enables or disables the beep emitted by the machine each time an icon is pressed or an accessory is inserted/removed.
