Perform a thorough clean of the milk jug parts to make sure the milk can flow through the tubes.
Use a sponge or cloth to remove milk residues from the gaskets.

Remove the lid from the milk container.

Remove the milk spout (left) and intake tube (right) from the lid.
Turn the froth adjustment dial anticlockwise to the "INSERT" position and pull off upwards.
Wash all the components thoroughly with hot water and mild washing-up liquid.
All components are dishwasher safe, placing them in the top basket of the dishwasher.
Make sure there are no milk residues on the hollow and groove under the dial.
If necessary, scrape the groove with a toothpick.
Rinse inside the froth adjustment dial seat with running water.
Make sure they are not clogged with milk residues.
If they are, clean thoroughly with hot water and mild washing-up liquid.

Insert the dial in the milk container lid.
Make sure the froth adjustment dial is set to the "INSERT" position and push inwards.

Replace the milk spout into the lid.
3.
Insert the milk intake tube in the bottom of the lid.
4.
Replace the lid into the milk container.
