Try this solution

Adjust the grinder settings

Possible cause:
The coffee is ground too finely.

Turn the dial one click clockwise while the grinder is in operation. Continue one click at a time until coffee delivery is satisfactory. Note that the effect is only visible until after delivering 2 coffees.
