Steam/hot water is not delivered

Try this solution

Clean the cappuccino maker

Possible cause:
Cappuccino maker dirty.

Follow the guide below for detailed instructions:

Deliver a little water for a few seconds by rotating the steam knob to the I position

Then turn the steam knob back to the O position to stop the flow of hot water

Wait for a few minutes for the cappuccino maker to cool down

Grip the handle of the cappuccino maker tube firmly in one hand and with the other rotate the cappuccino maker anticlockwise

Remove by pulling downwards

Make sure the holes shown by the arrows are not blocked

If necessary, clean with a pin.

Wash all parts of the cappuccino maker thoroughly with a sponge and warm water

Reinsert the nozzle and replace the cappuccino maker on the nozzle, turning it and pushing it upwards until it is attached
