The coffee is not hot

Try this solution

Perform a rinse cycle before delivering the coffee

Potential cause:
The infuser has cooled down because 2/3 minutes have elapsed since the last coffee was made.

Follow the step-by-step guide:

Please note:

  • If the coffee machine is not used for more than 3-4 days, when you turn it on again, it is strongly recommended to perform 2-3 rinses before use.

  • After cleaning, it is normal for the grounds container to contain water.

Place a container with a minimum capacity of 100 ml under the spouts

Press the settings menu

Select "Rinsing"

Press "OK" to start delivery

After a few seconds , hot water is delivered to clean and heat the coffee machine's internal circuit. To stop rinsing, press "Cancel" or wait for rinsing to stop automatically.
