Try this solution

Perform a rinse cycle before delivering the coffee

Potential cause:
The infuser has cooled down because 2/3 minutes have elapsed since the last coffee was
made.

1.
Press the selector corresponding to the "GEAR" symbol to enter the menu.

2.
Press the selector corresponding to "RINSING"

3.
To interrupt rinsing, press the selector corresponding to "STOP" or wait for rinsing to stop automatically.
