Try this solution
Adjust the coffee mill dial towards finer coffee
Please note:
The adjustment dial must be turned only when the coffee mill is in operation during the initial step of coffee preparation.
For a fuller bodied creamier coffee, turn the coffee mill adjustment dial one click anti-clockwise towards “1”.
This adjustment will not take effect until at least 2 cups of coffee have been delivered.
