The coffee is not hot
Try this solution
Pre-warm the cups by rinsing them with hot water
You can use the hot water function described in the guide below.

Insert the hot water spout into the nozzle as far as it will go

Place a container under the spout
Place the container as close as possible to the hot water spout to avoid splashes.

Select the hot water function
Turn the selection knob until the 
light comes on.

Deliver hot water
1.
If you want to deliver a double size, press the 
button. The corresponding light comes on.
2.
Press the 
button.
The machine delivers hot water, then stops automatically.
3.
To interrupt delivery of hot water manually, press the button again.
