The ON/OFF light (B5) flashes and drip coffee cannot be made
Try this solution
Unplug the appliance from the mains socket, then plug in again. Perform the descaling procedure at least twice
Possible cause:
The drip coffee unit has not been descaled as often as indicated.
Follow the step-by-step guide:

Dilute the descaler in a jug
Follow the instructions given on the packaging of the descaling product.

Remove the chlorine filter and pour the solution into the tank

Place the jug on the warming plate

Deliver water, equivalent of one cup
Then turn the coffee machine off.

Leave the solution to work for 15 minutes

Deliver water, equivalent of one cup again
Then turn the coffee machine off.

Leave the solution to work for 15 minutes
8
Turn the coffee maker on, and deliver the water until the tank is completely empty
9
Rinse by operating the appliance with water only at least 3 times (3 complete tanks of water)
